We are looking for candidates that are motivated to continuously improve, hardworking and looking to grow and become part of a strong team.  LDI Interiors develops and supplies durable upholstery to contribute to healthier, beautiful commercial interiors.  Sales Coordinator – Interiors, is a fast paced, sales and customer service role that gives a fashion or interior design oriented person seeking to grow into a sales role a great launching point to begin a career with a growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the key hub through which all sales activity in a Sales Region flows
  • Support Sales Director in coordinating and preparing for sales meetings
  • Field and respond to incoming calls and electronic communication
  • Maintain accuracy of customer database
  • Approve customer orders as they are entered, manage changes, monitor progress and update the client and sales team throughout order fulfillment
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of sample requests
  • Suggestive selling
  • Explore new product, new market, and new business opportunities
  • Light receptionist coverage from time to time, including greeting people at the door and answering the telephone

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 Suite and Quickbooks preferred
  • High attention to detail and process/checklist oriented
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Problem solving
  • Demonstrate sense of urgency to complete tasks to deadlines
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
